Remote Control - Input

Input tab includes keyboard and mouse features, and live view feature that allows you to see your Mac screen on your iOS device.

1. Trackpad

Use one finger swipe to move cursor, two fingers swipe to scroll, three fingers swipe to drag/select things. One finger tap for left click, two fingers tap for right click, three fingers tap for middle click. Use four fingers swipe up and down to show and hide Mission Control.

2. Show / Hide keyboard

3. Left click button

Tap and hold left click button to lock it in pressed state to drag / select things with one finger swipe. Then tap to unlock.

4. Middle click button

6. Scroll area

Use this are to scroll the content with one finger.

1. Live view

Tap this button to show your Mac screen on your iOS device. Tap again to turn it off.

Using Settings you can change keyboard and trackpad behavior as described bellow.

Auto Show / Hide Keyboard

Automatically show keyboard when you switch to Input tab.

Standard Function Keys

F7-F12 function keys are used to control volume & media playback. If they don't work on your system you might want to try to turn this ON.

Allow 3rd party keyboards

By default 3rd party keyboards like Gboard, SwiftKey and etc. are disabled in the app. If you want to use them turn this option ON, keep in mind it might create some issues with Mac input.

Preview

Preview text before sending it to Mac.

Key Sound

Turn this OFF if you don't want to hear sounds when you press keys in the app.

Hide Mouse Buttons

Turn this ON if you want to hide mouse buttons at the bottom of trackpad to maximize trackpad area.

Hide Scroll Area

Turn this ON if you want to hide scroll area on the left to maximize trackpad area.

Shake for Full Screen

You can shake your device to switch to full screen mode for trackpad/keyboard. You can turn it OFF to disable it.

Natural Scroll Direction

Just like on your Mac...

Tracking Speed

Choose how fast cursor should react to your swipe gestures. 

Double Tap to Hold

You can use double tap to hold feature, that will hold left mouse button pressed so you can use one finger to drag / select.
